Refund and Return Policy

At Anis Charms, we take pride in offering quality imitation jewelry and a smooth shopping experience. While all sales are considered final, we understand rare situations may require support. This policy outlines when returns or refunds may be accepted for both domestic and international orders.

2. Return & Replacement Policy 🔁

2.1 Eligibility

Returns or replacements are considered only if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
  • You provide a clear, unedited unboxing video starting from the unopened package.
  • The item is unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.

⚠️ International Orders: Returns are only accepted for defective/damaged/incorrect items. Due to high international courier costs, change-of-mind returns are not possible.

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Orders due to change of mind or personal preference.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items purchased on sale or discount.
  • Products damaged due to mishandling or improper care after delivery.

3. Refunds 💸

3.1 Refund Approval

Refunds are issued only after we:

  • Receive the product back (if required).
  • Verify the unboxing video and condition of the item.
  • We reserve the right to deny refunds if return conditions are not met.

3.2 Refund Timeline💳

Domestic Orders: Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days.

International Orders: Refunds may take 7–15 business days due to courier and verification delays.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method in INR. Any currency conversion or bank charges will be borne by the customer.

4. Exchanges 🔄

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. To request an exchange:

  • Email us at contact@anischarms.com within 24 hours.
  • Include your order ID, issue details, and the unboxing video.
  • Our team will assist you with the next steps.

5. Shipping Costs 🚚

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • For approved domestic returns (not due to our fault), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes.
  • If the issue is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will cover replacement shipping.

6. Important Notes ⚠️

  • Unboxing video is mandatory for all return/refund/exchange requests. Edited or incomplete videos will not be accepted.
  • We do not support repeated or suspicious return/refund requests from the same customer.
