  • You provide a clear, unedited unboxing video starting from the unopened package.
  • The item is unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Note: Returns or replacements will not be accepted without a valid reason, even if the product is unused.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Orders due to change of mind or personal mood.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items purchased on sale or discount.
  • Products damaged due to mishandling or improper care after delivery.

Refunds are issued only after we:

  • Receive the product back (if required).
  • Verify the unboxing video and condition of the item.

We reserve the right to deny refunds if return conditions are not met.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the amount.

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. To request an exchange:

  • Include your order ID, issue details, and the unboxing video.
  • Our team will assist you with the next steps.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • For approved returns (not due to our fault), return shipping is the customerโ€™s responsibility.
  • In case of our error (wrong/damaged item), weโ€™ll cover the return/replacement shipping.

  • Unboxing video is mandatory for all return/refund/exchange requests. Edited or incomplete videos will not be accepted.
  • We do not support repeated or suspicious return/refund requests from the same customer.
