At Anis Charms, we aim to process and dispatch all orders promptly. All orders are processed within 3 business days. Please note, if an item is out of stock or unavailable, there may be a slight delay.
2. Delivery Timeline 🚚
Delivery timelines depend on the customer’s address:
- Metro & Tier 1 cities: 5-7 working days.
- Tier 2 & 3 cities & Rural areas: 10-12 working days.
- Delivery may be delayed by 2-3 days due to location. Tracking details will be sent to your email.
3. Shipping Fee within India 💸
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders with a cart value of ₹799 or above.
- Flat Rate: Orders below ₹799 incur a non-refundable shipping fee: ₹48 for Assam, ₹59 elsewhere in India.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking 📧
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Damages ⚠️
Anis Charms is not responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged item, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claim process.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please ensure your order details are correct before placing the order.
